Do I need to pick locations: If you have specific spots that you want to have pictures taken, we can do that. Most people don't have specific places they want to use, they just want a certain look or feel. We have hundreds of locations that we use, in all different kinds of settings to match the look and feel that you want for your portraits.
Can I take pictures with my dog/cat/horse/hedgehog/Burmese python?: Absolutely! Your animals are important to you and an important part of the family. For the safety of your four legged friend we ask that you arrange someone to bring them and then take them home during the session. We don't want to leave them in a hot vehicle while we are off shooting elsewhere, or have to be worried about them being a distraction to you when it's not their turn in front of the camera. Pet safety first!

We're so happy you're here! We're Jake and Tricia- a Minnesota-based husband and wife photographer team who loves telling stories with images. We tend to be known for our unique and creative portrait style. We knew photography would be our life’s work when we happened into a photography class in college and immediately fell in love with the art. There’s something magical about creating artistic images out of nothing—and it’s even better when these images capture your true personality.
